How is carbon produced?

Preparation of the form
First, the shape of the desired part is produced, which will serve as a negative mold for the carbon.
Cutting the carbon fibers
Carbon fibers are cut into the desired shape and arranged in layers to achieve the required strength and structure. Different types of carbon exist, making this step unique to each project.
Resin coating:
The carbon fibers are impregnated with resin, which serves to bind them and give them stability.
Autoclave process
The carbon part is placed in an autoclave, a pressure chamber that generates high temperature and pressure. This ensures even curing of the resin and prevents the formation of air bubbles on the surface of the product.
Post-processing
After hardening, the part is carefully processed to remove excess material and the surface is further processed depending on the carbon variant.
